Is the event free?
Root Expo is completely free for all visitors. While partner packages are paid, we believe in keeping the doors open for the entire IT community to ensure the best possible encounters.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund policies are outlined in our partnership agreement. Generally, cancellations made well in advance are eligible for partial refunds, but please refer to your specific contract for details.
